a couple more additions in the areas that have been spoken about and we will be solid, look at the squad.

To be honest can not see many season tickets being sold between now and mid November when the cut off date starts looming so if signings are announced now or in a months time makes very little difference.

Do the giants do a student ticket? I know they used to do young adult but do they do a student ticket any more? I havent been able to find anything but havent looked around properly yet

Huddersfield University used to do discount tickets for students (one of the reasons I started coming regularly a few years ago before the discount season tickets). Does anybody know if this is still the case?

Can still get student tickets. Same price as concessions.

The Uni do a limited number of tickets for matches during term time, not a lot of tickets sold this way so this may be the last season (2013) doing it. The club do have a student rate its the same as OAP's and is deffo a great deal eaven if bought after deadline day for discounts.

There are 2 options


Young Adult (17-20) which at present is £50 Fantastic Media Stand and £95 the other 2 stands (until 30th Nov)

Student is £75 and £150 so its all down to how old you are.


Matchday students price is £18

My understanding is that next year the Uni will only be doing discounted tickets for certain matches not every match as was the case last season although prices not confirmed yet. I still think the Giants are missing a trick with the Uni - the marketing is and always has been pretty low key - still I've been trying my best to drum up support during our enrolment period. A lot of students who are now based in Huddersfield during term time have expressed an interest in something 'sporty' to watch at weekends - why not Giants games?? RHP was at Uni here, a bit of PR wouldn't go amiss methinks.

Agree with this, I'm still at the University in a part-time capacity but the only way to find out if these tickets are available is to go to the shop and ask. There is nothing in the way of a marketing campaign to the potential new audience at the university.
